Regen Digital SMS messaging program

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Regen Digital, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Regen Digital sends appointment confirmation, reminder, and rescheduling messages to people who have scheduled a website demo or consultation with us. Messages may include meeting confirmations, rescheduling options, and follow-up communications related to your scheduled appointments.

Verbal opt-in script

The following script is read by a Regen Digital representative during scheduled sales and demo calls:

Agent: "Before we wrap up, would it be okay if we sent you SMS reminders about this meeting? You would get a confirmation now and a reminder before the call. Regen Digital would send up to 3 messages per meeting. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Do you agree to receive SMS messages from Regen Digitalat the number you have provided today?"

Customer: "Yes."

Agent: "Great, you are all set. You will receive a confirmation shortly."

Consent is recorded in our CRM at the time of the call. Message frequency: up to 3 messages per scheduled meeting. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Privacy policy: regen-digital.com/privacy.

Written opt-in via contact or booking form

Written opt-in is also collected through our website forms when you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box, which reads:

"By checking this box and providing your phone number above, you consent to receive up to 3 SMS messages per scheduled meeting from Regen Software, Inc., including booking confirmations and reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for assistance. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."

Message frequency

You will receive up to 3 messages per scheduled meeting. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with scheduling and rescheduling.

Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to us to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@regen-digital.com.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent disclosure

Contacts consent to receive appointment reminder SMS messages during scheduled sales calls or via our website and meeting booking forms. Consent is obtained verbally during the call or in writing when the contact provides their phone number and checks the consent box. Message frequency varies; up to 3 messages per scheduled meeting. Telephone calls

When you ask about your website, contact us, or book a meeting, you agree that Regen Software, Inc. may call the phone number you provide to discuss your request and to confirm, remind you of, or reschedule appointments. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.

Our calls are placed from our own telephone numbers. On carriers that support branded calling, the caller ID shows Regen Digital; on other carriers you will see one of our numbers. You can always reach us back on the number that called you or at support@regen-digital.com.

If you no longer want to hear from us by phone, tell the person who calls you or email support@regen-digital.com. We honor do-not-call requests promptly, and in any case within 30 days.
